View and/or Pay Bills Online

This is the Online Payment option for Upper Surface Creek Domestic Water Users Association. You can view your bill and/or pay your utility bill with credit cards, debit cards or echeck.

There is a convenience fee based on $3.00 per $100 owed. In most cases this will be less than a late charge and will keep your account from being delinquent or cut off.

The Municipality code is USCCO413. You willl need this code when you register.

* Please note that First Name, Last Name, and Account Number must match EXACTLY what is on your utility bill.
